Frankie’s suggestion to take this course immediately following FYS and prior to the state exam was excellent advice. I feel I know the material in much more depth and have a better comprehension of many of the concepts. Learning has never been more fun! The Real Estate School for Success has truly been a pleasure and not a drag for attending pre-licensing courses. In the case of most schools it is hard to pay attention and I sometimes don’t grasp the material on the first go around, but with The Real Estate School for Success and my instructor Mr. John Kneece I could not have asked for a better learning environment. The school has provided me with the knowledge I need to move my career in the real estate business forward. The tools that I took away from real life experiences the Mr. Kneece shared were absolutely helpful. The class assessment prepared me for the state exam so much that I passed both portions of the state and general my very first time. Also, the convenient location of the Columbia Real Estate School for Success allowed me to take the course in the very same building as the state and general tests, but the best part was being so close to LLR. Thank you and I highly recommend the Real Estate School for Success! |

I have to admit I was not looking forward to my continuing education classes today, but how was I to know what a difference it would make in my real estate career. I pride myself on my knowledge and reputation in the real estate world and I have to admit your class today was a career changing experience. I learned more useful and practical knowledge in the first hour
of the risk management class than I have in any other course I have taken.
I thoroughly enjoyed your teaching style and never once looked at my watch.

First I would like to thank Frankie and the Real Estate School for Success. I drove an hour and ten minutes from Ft. Mill each day for 4 weekends and I would do it again. It took me 17 minutes to pass the State Sales portion and 54 minutes to pass the General portion - first time around by taking Frankie’s advice. |
