To obtain your South Carolina Real Estate License just follow these simple steps.
South Carolina Real Estate License Schedule
Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or a GED.
Take and Pass the SC Real Estate License Course - View Current Schedule
You will then need to take the 60 hour South Carolina Real Estate License pre-Licensing course.
This course is also known as First Year Sales can only be taken in a classroom from accredited SC Real Estate School like us.
We offer our Real Estate Licensing courses on Weekdays, Half-Day, Weekends, and Weeknights for your convenience.
Weekday | Monday - Thursday | 8:30am to 5:00pm | (8 days)
Weeknight | Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday | 5:45pm to 9:45pm (5 weeks)
Weekend | Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm Sunday 1:00pm to 5:00pm | (5 Weekends)
Half-Day | Monday through Friday | 9:00am to 1:00pm | (3 Weeks)
Apply for a South Carolina Real Estate License
Upon completion of the course you will then submit your
Application and certificate to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
Pass the Real Estate License Exam
Once the Commission has approved your application you can then schedule your South Carolina real estate license exam with the
PSI testing center.

Congratulations! You have your SC Real Estate License!
Once you have completed the course and licensing requirements as outlined above you will have a provisional real estate license. Within a year of receiving your
provisional sc real estate license you must complete the 30 hour Post Licensing course, also known as
Real Estate Final Sales, to upgrade your provisional license to a permanent South Carolina real estate license. The
provisional license and permanent license will both allow for you to sell real estate in South Carolina however the provisional license only last 12 months.
Upon completing the 30 hour Final Sales Course you will then submit your Application to the commission to receive your permanent South Carolina Real Estate License.
