The South Carolina Real Estate School for Success will always provide you with all the tools you need to be a SUCCESSFUL South Carolina real estate agent. You will find our classes to be informative and you will have fun while learning. Within a year of receiving your
South Carolina Real Estate License you must complete the 30 hour South Carolina Post Licensing course, also know as our South Carolina Final Sales License. This will allow you to upgrade your provisional South Carolina Real Estate license to a permanent South Carolina Real Estate license. To do so just take this South Carolina Final Sales course package that consists of 5 courses that are 6 hrs each.
- PL-1: Agency and Property Disclosure: Your Guide to Success.
- PL-2: Real Estate Contracts: A Master's Approach.
- PL-3: Ethics and Real Estate For the New Agent.
- PL-4: Making It Count! Measurements and Valuation.
- PL-5: Investing in Real Estate
Upon completing the 30 hour South Carolina Post Licensing class you will then submit your Application to the commission to receive your permanent license.
