*This can be done before or after you have taken your Unit II course
Once the Commission has approved your application you can then schedule your South Carolina real estate license exam with the

Our Real Estate Licensing courses will prepare you to take the SC Real Estate Exam. We have also created a real estate study guide that has been crafted to help you pass the SC real estate exam.
Before you can obtain a SC Real Estate License you must complete our 30 hour Post Licensing course, also known as Unit II-Advance Real Estate Principles.
You will then submit your application to the Real Estate Commission to obtain your South Carolina Real Estate License.
Congratulations! You have your SC Real Estate License!
In South Carolina, you can only hold one type of license at a time—either a real estate license or a property management license—but a real estate license does allow you to perform property management through your broker in charge.
