My experience with virtual was awesome. It was very engaging and informative. I actually prefer virtual over the self paced which I started first. I have been to a lot of seminars, a lot of classes and even been involved in coaching, but to take this class for $375 and to learn all the information that I did was incredible. $375 dollars is an incredible value for the well organized and written text book, and for the length of the course. In the case of most schools it is hard to pay attention and I sometimes don’t grasp the material on the first go around, but with The Real Estate School for Success and my instructor Mr. John Kneece I could not have asked for a better learning environment. The school has provided me with the knowledge I need to move my career in the real estate business forward. The tools that I took away from real life experiences the Mr. Kneece shared were absolutely helpful. The class assessment prepared me for the state exam so much that I passed both portions of the state and general my very first time. Also, the convenient location of the Columbia Real Estate School for Success allowed me to take the course in the very same building as the state and general tests, but the best part was being so close to LLR.
