This course schedule is great for professionals that want to get your career started as quickly as possible. We have a lot of people who take time off, are between jobs, re-entering to workforce, or work nights.

This is a 60 hour course that will cover legal aspects of real estate to include but not limited to agency, contracts, license law, state laws, contract laws, property laws, financing, property management, appraising, and settlements and closing.
