Let the South Carolina Real Estate School for Success help you jump start your career in Real Estate. To obtain your South Carolina Real Estate License just follow these simple steps.

You must first be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or a GED.

You will then need to take the 60 hour Pre-Licensing course, also known as First Year Sales, which we offer on Weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. This course will allow you to obtain your provisional South Carolina real estate license. We have several South Carolina real estate courses starting soon. Upon completion of the course you will then submit your Application and certificate to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Once the Commission has approved your application you can then schedule your South Carolina real estate license exam with the PSI testing center.

Within a year of receiving your provisional license you must complete the 30 hour Post Licensing course, also know as Final Sales, to upgrade your provisional license to a permanent South Carolina real estate license. The provisional license and permanent license will both allow for your to sell real estate in South Carolina however the provisional license only last 12 months.

Upon completing the 30 hour Final Sales South Carolina Real Estate Course you will then submit your Application to the commission to receive your permanent South Carolina Real Estate License.
