South Carolina Real Estate License (Salesperson).  South Carolina requires that you meet two requirements.  First you must complete a 60 hr real estate sales course.  After passing the south carolina real estate sales course you will need to take the PSI Exam.  The PSI exam is comprised of two sections, a general section and south carolina state specific section.  Once you have met the south carolina state requirements and have will be granted a provisional South Carolina Real Estate License, you can begin practicing your south carolina real estate career.  The South Carolina Real Estate School for Success will guide you through the process of getting your South Carolina Real Estate License.  We will teach you everything you need to know to pass the PSI exam.

Step 1 - Unit I: Provisional Sales License (60 hrs)  $375.00

Enroll and attend this 60 hr Provisional Sales course.

Step 2 - Pass Course Exam

This exam is given on the last day of class and must be passed to complete the course.

Step 3 - Pass the South Carolina Real Estate Exam - (Congratulations! You have a South Carolina Real Estate License)

This exam is administered by PSI Exam Center (located with our building) and is required to obtain your Provisional Real Estate License.
