Risk Management (2 hours)
In this two hour class, agents will reduce risk by explaining agency the legal way and have a client sign the agency agreement at first contact. If explained the right way so consumers understand why signing the agency agreement is in their best interest, they will have no problem signing. Its all about removing the risk from the consumer as well as the agent. Additionally, we will be discussing the legal and proper handling of trust funds.
