First Year Sales Florence $425
This South Carolina First Years Sales course is offered during the weekdays and is our most condensed course. This course only takes 2 short weeks to complete. This course is held Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. This course schedule is great for professionals that want to get your career started as quickly as possible. We have a lot of people who take time off, are between jobs, re-entering to workforce, or work nights. This course is the fastest way to get your South Carolina Real Estate license. You will receive one hour for lunch. You will also get a 10 minute break every hour to allow you some time to stretch your legs, grab a snack, make a phone, or whatever your heart desires. This is a 60 hour course that will cover legal aspects of real estate to include but not limited to agency, contracts, license law, state laws, contract laws, property laws, financing, property management, appraising, and settlements and closing. This course will aid you in successfully completing the pre-licensing course, end of course exam, and the South Carolina state licensing exam. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Final Sales
Final Sales Weekday Package Florence $299
These are the courses required for first year real estate agents that have a provisional license. Once you have completed all five of these courses you will be eligible for a permanent license. You must take all five courses together to receive the package deal.

NAR Code of Ethics (4 hrs) Elective Florence $55
In this course, there will be an overview of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors. Is there a difference between legally right and ethically right? Realtors are not only bound by the law, but they must also abide by the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. Don’t forget to complete your Quadrennial Ethics training by December 31, 2008!

Contracts (4 Hrs) Core Florence $55
It is essential that as Real Estate Agents, you have the knowledge of Contract law. As a Real Estate Agent, you become involved with many types of contracts. In this course, you will discuss the many types of contracts used in a Real Estate transaction. The course will cover the legal effects and the essential elements required in a valid contract.

Broker
Broker A and Broker B Package Deal Florence $500
The first 30 hour course on brokerage management is the first step of becoming a licensed broker. This course is geared around establishing a real estate office. This course will be taught from a Broker in Charge. You will learn from experience. In this course, you will cover topics such as risk reduction, ethics, marketing, short and long range planning, policy manual development, insurance, trust accounts, budgeting and finance. This course does not require an exam.
The second required course for the Broker License, Unit 3- B, will cover the basic fundamentals of Real Estate. This is a 30 hour mandatory course for the Broker licensing. In this course, you will cover Real property law, Federal Housing laws, pricing of real property, appraisal, agency, contracts, finance, license law, federal and state laws, math and closing statements. The state requires 150 hours of training to become a broker. You may use the 90 hours required for your salesperson’s license in conjunction with the Unit 3-A and Unit 3-B.
